Private class

Rooted in the traditional lineage of Ashtanga Yoga, my private Mysore-style classes offer an intimate, mindful, and highly personalized way to begin or deepen your practice.
Ashtanga Yoga is an energetic and transformative discipline in which movement is synchronized with rhythmic breathing, guiding you through a therapeutic sequence that strengthens, purifies, and steadies the mind.
In our one-to-one sessions, learning each posture with individual attention, patience, and clarity—exactly as this method has been transmitted in Mysore. This is a safe and sacred space where your practice grows at your natural pace, cultivating awareness, discipline, and inner confidence. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this traditional approach supports you in discovering the essence of Ashtanga Yoga through direct experience

Mysore style

The Ashtanga Yoga method is a living tradition with the relationship between teacher and student at the epicenter of its transmission going back over 5,000 years. At the root, it is a spiritual practice that purifies the heart, body and mind. Named after the vibrant city Mysore in South India where it originated, the method allows practitioners to receive individual instruction and keep internal focus.
Connecting movement and breath as they flow through a sequence of postures to create a deeply meditative experience.

Led Class

This is Sanskrit and Italian/English count class, where the Teacher will count the inhalation and exhalation during movements of the sequence in a series for a synchronised class to learn the correct breathing within the sequence, maintain a higher level of focus and posture names in practice.
Led classes have one specific start time and set duration and are only for students with an existing Ashtanga Mysore style practice.

Chanting

Every Saturday we meet online to chant with our beloved Teacher LakshmishaJi Bath from SYC Institute of Mysore,India
